Wellbeing

As Neurodivergent people, we experience the world differently; at times stress, worry or anxious feelings can have a deep negative impact on our wellbeing.

These emotional and physical tensions brought by the demands of day-to-day living, experienced over prolonged periods of time, could be manifested by signs and traits like:
• Losing focus: Forgetting where you parked in a parking lot, difficulty recalling directions or losing/misplacing everyday items you keep with you such as your keys or phone
• Poor concentration: Repeating yourself because you have forgotten if you’ve said it already or forgetting what you came to the store to purchase
• Lack of motivation, overthinking situations, and being unable to relax
• Extended feelings of nervousness, having a sense of confusion, dread or fear
Amongst others, which may also have accompanying physical effects.

TTG are proudly working in partnership with will include but not be limited to encouraging independent learning, self-assessment and well-being awareness which we intent to tackle by hosting programmes and workshops for students.

With TTG, clients will be taught how to utilise assistive technology software (that are available for sale), to enhance their work, confidence and autonomy. IFM Counselling will support students by facilitating weekly 1:1 counselling sessions, helping the students to explore their feelings and any concerns that may impact on their mental health and their ability to achieve their goals.

We want to provide you with the tools that will enable you to succeed in your work or daily life.
